Colors to Shadows

Visually connected by bold colors and deep shadows, this series is meant to convey a sense of gradually increasing discomfort starting with the optimistic bridesmaids' trio, touching on a variety of cultural subjects in dispute like protest, faith, violence, LGBTQ, old age, loneliness, and deteriorating to a rather somber view of the world, suggesting escapism as a possible solution at the end. In a lot of ways, this series reflects my view of the general mood in the last three years.
