I love capturing good moments in people's lives and these pictures were taken on our last family trip to the beach in Oricao, Venezuela. A very nice trip!
What I want is to show that the best things in life are the simplest ones, and family and friends are the number one on the list. Most people these days don't understand it, including me. Being able to enjoy good health, a roof on the top of our heads, and love is a blessing and we should be more aware of that. We are comparing ourselves constantly with all these people with a perfect life and expensive cars or houses, trying to live our lives through our cellphones. I sometimes force myself to put my cell phone down and go out and play with my kid because it is so necessary, I feel so guilty when I fall into the trap of social networks and then realize I lost 1 or 2 hours of work or time with my family. I am commited to myself and family to enjoy of the little and simple things that mean the world to me.
