Kazakh immigrants

Due to Stalin's pressures, the Kazakh people fled the Soviet Union about 120 years ago and moved to different places. About 15,000 of them came to the north of Iran and lived in the three cities of Gonbad, Gorgan and Bandar Turkmen. They tried to preserve their traditions and customs.
