This has been an interesting year of local photography in Australia. Many opportunities arose from being in different sites as well as being unconventional. The lightning photo was taken as a one shot image - no triggers used. The flight over the East Alligator River was just wonderful, seeing the landscape from the air. The astro photography was just another aspect of seeing the sky differently, and the use of slow shutter speed to capture the image of a flyaway bird. Always learning something new.....
