A Gentle Life Force

This series is made up of photographs of original chromatograms, made from botanical and soil extracts. Each one represents an integral part of a forest ecosystem. I gathered the samples myself from a newly wooded landscape, two rewinding projects (one small and one vast), an ancient woodland and a temperate rainforest fragment. If I am selected, it would be great if would could display the original pieces, which are small paper discs ranging from 11cm - 15cm in diameter. The digital photographs of the pieces are also an option.
