The series researches the relations between three-dimensional objects, two-dimensional images and their perception by viewers. The imaging of 3D objects in photography runs according optical and geometrical laws. The research explores the substitution of the real object with its image and the parallel process of the viewer’s shift in perception. The successive replacement of the object by its image performs in the 2D space of the image, as well as in the real 3D space of installation. The illusiveness of the picture within a picture deceives the perception of the viewer, turning the process of perception to the object of analysis. Static composition and permanent point of capturing emphasize the lack of narrative. It is rather a guidance for reflection and pure contemplation.
