Examining themes of trace, collective memories and histories , Norris immerses himself in his father’s upbringing with grandfather Len, charting the significance of their relationship both to one another and to himself. Drawing upon their joint love for the land, Norris’s hope is the building of a stronger father-son connection - despite a troubled history as parent and child.
