Last Ten

The series "Last Ten" depicts a variety of scenes from many that I enjoyed, endured or tolerated with my parents, specifically with my father as he and mother aged into their 80s and 90s. Making photographs helped me cope. Its revelations about life and loss could be simultaneously uplifting, rewarding, annoying and depressing, but strangely enough, preserving those moments in which I found myself boosted my spirits. We are short lived on this planet, and hopefully this series will help others survive the aging ordeal for themselves or a loved one, and always with a sense of purpose, reward and no regrets. It was that for me.
