Beyoğlu Nightmares

Almost all the images (9/10) submitted are from the same project. All shot with a Fuji x100f. My description may sound a bit vague but the project is all about impressions to me. I abstain from solidifying and limiting it with words of reason. Beyoğlu (a.ka. Taksim / İstiklal St.) has lots of tourists, locals, criminals, sex workers, you name it. All these groups have their own streets but mingle with each other in one, İstiklal St. A wide street full of pedestrians, people walking fast, slow, anxious, and chill. A tram divides the street. Scan people's faces and you will see more than you can see, looks like a stream of faces. This place is special to me and I have no idea why. Kinda obsessed, I wander and shot twice a week after my full-time office work. High, drunk or sober, I walk and walk mostly at night. Never using the viewfinder.
