A few years ago I dramatically lost my vision and became a sight-impaired. Now I see everything with a blurred double vision effect. This is a reason why I started to take reflection photographs.
Making Present series photographs bring together real and surreal; tell stories. The layering of images creates a new meaning and makes an impression on an almost subliminal level.
The multi-layered images evoke the viewer’s emotional recognition and stimulate their intellectual reflexivity and perception. Because of this, reflection photographs can mean different things for different people, depending on how each person perceives what they see.
