10,000 miles later, what I was looking for was inside me.

I don't usually leave my house. I spend my days locked in my office and I haven't felt like walking the streets for years. This year, during a trip to Japan, I ended up buying a camera to record that moment. I'm not a photographer and I didn't intend to take more than a few pictures for my memory. Camera in hand, my entire trip turned into an adventure to discover the streets of Japan and find joy in watching ordinary people go about their lives. Through the lens, I could see beauty in the quiet, everyday life. I, who didn't feel like leaving home, am back in my country exploring the streets and admiring the beauty of the simplest things in urban life.
