Two studies interlaced with one another to emphasis the feeling, one is a study of the same fast food chain window, at different times taken over the last few years and the other is of photography and cameras usage within the city environment.
People often use glass as a barrier giving them permission to stare and people watch those on the other side, often unaware of the bi-directional natural of the window, people are often lost in thought staring out, or completely oblivious to what's going on outside, interlacing the pictures with another project emphasises the voyeuristic nature of the work and how cameras are used, with or without permission, we're all watching each other, sometimes self aware and uncaring and sometimes the opposite, highly aware of our exposured nature within the world.
The second project is of unaware people, sometimes doing unusual things, expecting others to not notice and work around them, or ignoring them entirely, as they try to take their photos, in odd moments from tourists and professional, we are all looking inside and outside of the world, finding some personal meaning, through often the meaningless.
