This project focuses on the feeling of loneliness in big cities. It doesn't matter that we are surrounded by people all the time, in reality we are just shadows, shapes. This project portrays the cities, their spaces, their light and their colors, as the great protagonists, trying to stop time and capture their inhabitants as only secondary characters. Cities and their spaces as great fictional scenery. Each photograph seeks to tell a story, as if we were only seeing a frame of a long movie that we are unaware of, like the purpose of our very existence.
My work is a constant search for atmospheres that generate sensations from the daily reality of cities. In other words, I try to capture moments that could seem fictional, almost cinematic, using light, the color palette and everyday elements. I try to understand and portray the personality of each city, interpreting it with the sensations from its aesthetics.
