Whilst capturing various activities in the streets, I often come across children who actively seek to entertain themselves. With our communities so closely knit, children in Ghana are safe to play on the streets. The streets is their playground and they entertain themselves with whatever means they have. These images capture some of those moments where children are living their dreams, innovating on what's already available to them. From Jamestown, the vibrant coastal enclave within Accra, where the spirit of determination and resilience echoes through the streets, to the Upper East where adventurous kids turn the simplest of objects into an exhilarating adventure.
