Wassily Kandinsky once stated that "Blue is the only color who maintains his own character in all its tones"; emphasising its ability to retain its intrinsic identity across all its varying tones, setting it apart from other shades. It is said that more than 50% of European's favorite color is blue. It is used in almost every advertising in the world; especially the ones trying to gain your trust; why do you thing Facebook and twitter piked blue for their logo? On the emotional spectrum, blue can compel almost any emotion, just by a twist of hue or brightness, without you realising how much you got influenced by it. From serenity, sense of trust in its lighter shades to deep melancholy through its dark side( a state often referred to as "the blues"); from the bright sky to the deep ocean, it mesmerises you. It's the witchiest color of them all. The series I would like to show you today is not only about blue, but it is the common point between the pictures I picked for it, to talk about humanity in its daily chaotic and poetic details.
