"Exodus" is a diaristic series of polaroids exploring masculinity, queerness, and desire. Amidst his own mortality, Gomez documents friends and lovers, making each photo an act of remembrance. Employing prisms and mirrors, he reshapes masculinity, blurring reality and the surreal. Grounded in queer surrealist photography, his work embraces LGBTQ+ narratives.
