A Peated Paradise

The 'Isle of Islay' is the beating heart of Scotch Whisky production, with generations of its inhabitants making peated, smoky whisky for hundreds of years. It has subsequently become a place of pilgrimage for the whisky connoisseur. I have endeavoured to encapsulate both the heritage and magic of this special island in my project. Distilleries included in this collection include; Ardbeg, Bruichladdich, Bunnahabhain, Kilchoman, and Laphroaig.
