Interloper

For a brief moment in time, I documented the relationship between my shadow and the beach environment. The photos were taken on a small digital camera within the space of 30 minutes, in the late afternoon, late summer, Kanzaki Beach, Sea of Japan, Kyoto. These photographs are a subset of photos in an ongoing 10 year project of documenting the Kanzaki Beach environment, with a focus on the human interaction with the natural environment from a deeply subjective point of view.
