"AnMar" is a personal odyssey born from the waters of the Caribbean Sea. Each photograph in this 15-piece collection is a moment of soul-searching, a meeting between my spirit and the vastness of the ocean. The project captures echoes of loss, memories of a home now gone, and the ongoing hum of life that remains.
Each tide brings a unique gift—sometimes it's sorrow wrapped in salt, and other times it's fleeting joy like foam on the shore. But it always offers a courage that comes after the storm—the courage to be myself.
Navigating through "AnMar" is both a struggle and surrender; it's like climbing breath-stealing mountains and discovering the simplicity of life in every grain of salt and breath of sea air. This project is my life choice, a response to the death of my father, a tribute to love and to the very essence of being. It is my journey, my struggle, my surrender, and my return.
Through "AnMar: A Journey Through Grief," I invite you to witness the raw and profound emotions that bind us all in the human experience.
