For centuries, snowflakes have aroused both the curiosity of the layman and the academic interest of the scientific community due to their aesthetic qualities, complex geometric shapes and symmetry properties. "Letters from Heaven" is an attempt to create a new, harmonious and fantasy image with the help of one image. Each image is dedicated to one photograph of a flowering plant.
The project reflects the author's perception of the harmony and beauty of nature.
Geometric, monochrome, perfecting form and symmetry, the collage is built on the contrast of light and shadow.
“I use images and texts to convey the beauty of nature. I am fascinated by the search for metaphor, symbol, form. I'm trying to find the answer to the eternal question: "What is the best way to convey my feelings on paper?". After all, feelings are the main thing. I listen to nature and it often tells us something important. I convey everything I hear to the
viewer, trying to create new universes, ” says Eugenie.
“In nature, there are no identical snowflakes. Each is unique. As well as a person. This is a separate universe. Watching snowflakes, their beauty and originality, I wanted to create new universes."
