Mother Nature

2023 - "Today Natural is an attitude of man towards not only nature, but the world within. It is an ethical and conscious attitude. A kind and curious look at life. " The life of the human being is seen here as an integral part of nature and the subject of the project is Mother Nature. Each photograph is associated with and inspired by a Haiku. Haiku are short poems from the Japanese Edo period, characterised by a simple, intense and direct expressiveness; the aim is the representation of the moment through the use of vivid and provocative images that invite reading in one breath and a sense of sudden enlightenment. The photographic style I have adopted is aesthetically inspired by this poetic technique, i.e. instinctive, evocative, simple. The images are intended to transmit an introspective and at the same time extrospective vision of Human Nature, assimilating it completely to nature and making it allegorical and interpretable.
