6:20 every morning.
It is time to wake up. I'm terribly sleepy, but I get up.
They are still waiting for me today. The night watchman sits directly across from me at the big round table. Another day begins, but the report assures me that the battle did not stop during the night.
17 ambulances that night, but all have dawned alive. Three are in critical condition, there will be more action, the husband of the young girl who is in a coma is waiting for me outside. The elderly man with the severe stroke is now talking and holding out his hand.
We are going to do treatment and I hear the young colleagues gathering. Then I speak for a long time, and they listen to me, some take notes.
Today we are discharging the woman who had "very little chance of survival", and she is sitting in bed, smiling and thanking us.
The stories are different. The characters are the same and always remain. I wish them a light duty and leave.

The shots were taken on one of my working days as a neurologist with Zeiss Contaflex I on Kodak Double X film and develop in Kodak HC110 by myself.
