This body of work mainly consists of organic street photography along with two of my favorite in-studio works, titled "Iconomania and Mariposas" Though not a traditional collection, each of the images that I chose represents the constant urge inside of me to understand more about how the world works. I often find myself looking for patterns or glitches around me. In the chaotic and beautiful city, it is relatively easy to take an interesting photo- but I seek out the rare and unrepeatable chance moments. Sometimes I have the sheer luck of being at the right place at the right time, and sometimes I see the perfect location, and am compelled to (im)patiently wait in a corner for the right subject to come along. These are the moments that ultimately help answer some of my questions about the world around me, but truthfully, sometimes my images just puzzle me more.
