Water Festival- Phnom Penh 2023
The Water Festival is popular, traditional, and festive. During 3 days hundreds of thousands of people gather in Phnom Penh to support the boat of their pagoda in a good-natured atmosphere. Some rich people finance their own boat and eagerly want to win. Three days of laughter, music, dance, and sweat.
