In the Absence of Faith explores the visualization of our expectations in faith and the fear for disappointment. Are we disappointed when our prayers are not answered or worse even, when we received something we have been praying to be spared from? This series invite the viewer to introspection between desire and faith, having the concept of a higher being, which could be anything around us, regardless of culture or religion. Where does our disappointment come from, and is our lack of faith in any regard connected to an easier resolution…?
