In the intricate tapestry of mental health, the experiences of young marginalized individuals stand out as a complex and often misunderstood chapter. This narrative is woven with the threads of unique challenges, societal pressures, and the ongoing journey of self-discovery. Drawing from personal experiences, I reflect on my time spent in a mental hospital three times during my early to late twenties, shedding light on the struggles faced by young individuals who are still in the process of fully developing both their brains and identities.
