Images are from a new series of self portraits taken during the aftermath of an emotionally abusive marriage and tumultuous divorce and custody battle. My intent with these photos is to pull focus from the dark aspects of the years long journey I have been on and instead highlight the freedom, joy, desires and self that is emerging.
