This series talks about fragility, loneliness, vulnerability. Nothing is permanent, like the flow of the river. I link the ability of nature to adapt to changes with these assemblies that I call offerings. They are there, stable, in equilibrium, for a short time, since the waters of the river that are in continuous movement will collapse or cover them. They are metaphors of life itself.
I collect the objects that the river returns to the mainland to assemble mounds of rubble, bottles, lids, cans, pieces of fabric, identifying the individuals who pass by, witch unite them in a common history.
The long exposures of my images capture these situations.
