2 seconds in the life of Artemis at Dusk

As I stated in the title. This series was taken in less than 2 seconds. Each frame was captured on highspeed shutter 6-8 frames per second. 75-300 lens no flash, no filters and manual focus only never auto. The sun had already dropped behind the mountains and there was only minor light reflection from the water and lingering in the haze. Artemis is a resident who I have grown close to since a he was a juvenile that appeared in spring of 2020. He along with the other hummingbirds and ornithological guests of Labyrinth Grove are like family to us.
