The author claims adolescence as a powerful affirmation of the crucial self stage, a creative stage, of budding and rebellion. A period of transmutation; to acquire strengths and fill gaps, making projects, fleeting and unforgettable extraordinary internal movements ..."Lovesong" is a photographic work (in progress) that includes multiple condensed aspects in a series of portraits of teenagers aged between 12 and 18. The title refers, with a certain amount of nostalgia, music and socializing and differentiator during this stage of growth. Photographer's aim is to bring adults into the world of adolescence, from a cultural and contextual diversity. The serie consists of classics and even austere portraits, where the characters seem to represent icons and they appear isolated in front of a monochrome background, sometimes accompanied by symbolic elements (flowers, animals, toys, etc). Every picture tells a story that needs to be discovered where every character is an essential component of the future society.
