My practice is rooted in investigating material and space. I use photography to document the often-overlooked beauty of everyday life to capture moments where objects and environments interact in absurd and quietly profound ways. While seemingly mundane, these interactions reveal hidden narratives and challenge the viewer’s perception of value, purpose, and hierarchy. A significant element of my work involves an exploration of the duality between the natural and the man-made world and the tension between order and chaos. I’m fascinated by how human creation's structured, controlled elements interact with nature's organic, unpredictable forces. These contrasts often manifest in moments where urban structures meet the natural landscape, creating an intricate balance of harmony and discord. I find a dynamic interaction between opposing forces in these spaces, offering insights into the fragile equilibrium that governs our environment. By highlighting these everyday interactions, I invite viewers to reconsider the mundane, encouraging them to see beauty in the intersections between the natural and the artificial and in the subtle balance between control and unpredictability.
