“Does time, the destroyer, really exist?
When will he break the rock on the peaceful mountain?
This infinite listening to the divine, this heart
when will the demiurge violate it?”

Sonnets to Orpheus, The Hogarth Press, London, 1949.
I moved to Sicily for love. Sicily is an island in the heart of the Mediterranean. I noticed that the main element of the island is the stone that dominates the landscape. Throughout history, Sicily has been the center of all the cultures of the Mediterranean and where many stories of the Greek myths were born. I immediately understood that in Sicily the stones tell more than the books. My investigation of the landscape allowed me to better understand the spirit of the island and the people who inhabit it. The language of stones is closer to the gods than to men. Understanding the hidden code is a journey that transformed me into Orpheus and through the harmony of the landscape I rediscovered a common and ancient language that allowed me to rediscover a deep connection with the person who I love and to connect the moment with the meaning of Infinity.
