Objects of Desire and Contemplation of Mortality, Part 2

This series of photographs evoked a sense of impermanence for me. I use my own gestures, various kind of edibles, movements of reptiles and lateral branches of trees to give a sense of our parallel existence. In life everything is subject for change, and I like to think Photography is a way to deal with the impermanence of all things happened. With a click of the shutter, the present moment is taken in time, when we look at it in future, the moment has turned into the past. Therefore the moment in time contains the present, the past and the future all at once. As all living beings come and go, only some goddess could steal hearts and live in our imaginations for years to come.
