Promise Fulfilled

Promise Fulfilled is a portrait series created shortly before my grandfather died at the age of 103, fulfilling a promise I asked him to make to me when I was a child: that he would live to be 100. The work reflects on ageing, vulnerability and presence through repeated, restrained observation. Rather than narrating a life, the images hold space for time, dignity and farewell.
