A small child who comes into our world announces himself with a cry. And at this very moment he has no idea who he really is in him.
Some time passes and an adult asks the question: who am I in the existing huge world?
Why do I need this? Is it really so important for each of us to know this?
Probably yes, because many of us are looking for the answer to this question. As for me, even in early childhood I had an inquisitive mind to learn about the world. Over time, this led me to the profession of geology, where I studied the subsoil of the earth.
More time passed and now I plunged headlong into photography, exploring myself in the field of art and the beauty of human physiology.
I am interested in man as an individual of nature, I am interested in his inner world, his inner spiritual content.
And then at some point the idea of the project “WHO AM I?” was born. I take self-portraits.
I look at the portrait “Protection” or at “Autumn Sonata” and ask myself this question. I look at “Bereginya” and think about the roots of my family. But “Ball” has a bit of simplicity and childish mischief in it from me.
You can ask this question many times, looking at a portrait, and find more and more new answers for yourself. Who am I?
One thing I know for sure: I am an artist who wants to tell a beautiful, interesting life story for my most inquisitive and most attentive interlocutor.
