OFFSIDE

OFFSIDE is a photographic project that documents people (and sometimes animals) wearing football shirts completely outside of any sporting context. No matches, no fandom, no apparent reason. Far from the stadiums, these jerseys become symbols of suspended identity, faded memories, or simply aesthetic choices. A visual exploration of the contrast between football iconography and everyday life, where the offside isn’t technical — it’s cultural. These photographs were taken in Marrakech, but the goal is to continue collecting them everywhere, with no geographic limits, capturing football shirts wherever they appear “offside”.
