The man speaks (Otoko Kataru)

The film graduated from university in 2006. Since then, the world has been spoken about by many different people. During that time, all the film could do was take photographs, but was it possible for the filmmaker to truly see the human world? When I was a student, someone went abroad to search for themselves and was taken hostage. "I want to go back to Japan," they said in the video. I too have often yearned to see a side of myself I have yet to see. My teacher at the photography school I attended at night taught me how to fly. After going through a period known as the ice age of employment in Japan, I am still here today. That is why I want this place now to be a brighter world. 作者は2006年に大学を卒業しました。それから様々な方達によって世の中は語られてきました。 　その間写真を撮ることしかできなかった作者は人の世をちゃんと見れてきたのでしょうか。 　ー私が学生の頃、自分探しに行き海外で人質に取られた方がいた。 　「日本に帰りたい」映像の中でそう言っていた。 　私もまだ観ぬ自分を渇望することはあった。 　夜間に通った写真学校の先生は、空の飛び方を教えてくれた。 　氷河期と言われた時代を経て、今だに私は現在地にしかいない。 　だからこそ、今この場所が明るい世界であってほしい。
