Imaginary worlds in trees and landscapes

These three photographs are part of a project I am developing that deals with aspect of the human imagination that needs to recreate other worlds from the world we presently occupy. I feel that people often need to create replicas of animals or objects or places that people have ruined for one reason or another. The question of course would be why create an object or place that will never be real when we can stop and repair the worlds within which we actually live or the beings with whom we occupy this world with.
