Under the heavy pressure of modern life, people's perception is gradually collapsing. I use multiple exposures to present a blurring of the boundary between matter and spirit. The sign of "road closure" becomes a metaphor for obstructing the path emotionally, spatially, or in terms of existence, while the layers of trees and building facades echo the restless and unstable anxious thoughts that pervade the city. The distinct contrast of lights on the left and right sides of the picture also reflects people's hesitation and indecision when they are inside. Through this work, I attempt to express that contemporary urban life is actually a state where the material hustle and bustle from the outside penetrates inward while the personal spiritual space spreads outward. The significance lies in how we can achieve a delicate balance amid chaos and imbalance.
