In this image, I sought to convey a powerful sense of emptiness, devastation, and silence. Dry trunks, broken trees, a nearly lifeless horizon, and a heavy sky come together to evoke a place that feels abandoned, melancholic, and almost post-apocalyptic.
The title Desolation Row also alludes to the song by Bob Dylan, whose work carries a similarly chaotic and somber tone, filled with decaying imagery. This reference adds an additional layer of meaning, deepening the emotional and artistic resonance of the photograph.
