L.I.M.E.N. is a conceptual study of the "threshold" state — a transition where the physical form dissolves to release a metaphorical essence. Through the abstraction of a fading flower, the series captures the transformation of a petal’s shape into a female silhouette, seizing the moment of being neither here nor there.
The project’s conceptual framework is built upon five pillars:
L — LATENCY: The hidden potential within decay; a golden spark of energy before it manifests into a new form.
I — INDETERMINACY: The intentional blurring of boundaries, freeing the subject from the constraints of definition.
M — METAMORPHOSIS: The core engine of change; the profound transformation of biological matter into a psychological silhouette.
E — EVANESCENCE: The beauty of the fleeting; a visual proof that reality is a dissipating mist.
N — NOWHERE: The ultimate liminal destination; a space beyond geography and time, where the soul moves toward an infinite horizon.
