'How can you enjoy life, if you are signed by grief?' Abuse or neglect of a child is an act which the life signs. The consequences are long-lasting, often permanent and the memories rarely, if ever, erasable. This is a series of anonymous portraits of children in their surroundings, who have been abused or neglected during their childhood.
