The floor space once  served as a make-shift shelter complete with hanging plastic walls and a plastic ceiling draped over bunks. Space heaters provided heat during a power outage during the winter months.        © Nicholas Gregory

The church has some cracked and busted out windows and with only  one thermostat for the entire structure, temperatures in different locations within the church can range 15-20 degrees depending on the outdoor weather patterns. © Nicholas Gregory
