Outsider

Being a brazilian in China I was able to experience the feeling of strangeness in a very extreme way. I felt illiterate both in language as in culture. But one thing was familiar to me, as a resident of the most populous city in the Southern Hemisphere – Sao Paulo – I recognized the chaotic energy that big cities and large populations are made of.
