In this spirit, the giver should respect the rights and liberties of the recipient.” Radical self-expression, one of the core principles behind Burning Man, spiritual festival taking place in Nevada desert. This is the story of Diego. Diego grew up in Rome but he lived in different places. He had many experiences that fed him in different ways. Between those, attending the Burning man, had a big impact on him; gleaning on a Burners rule, he discovers in soft costumes his animal alter-ego. So it takes shape his passion in disguise that provides him a freedom to get involved and express himself doing things that he normally would have hesitation or embarrassed to do. Reflecting in an animal’s identity he feels more comfortable and he gets involved in an exchange of positive energies through smiles, curiosity and unexpected reactions from so many people he meets, encouraging them to understand the need to truly be just who you are, in any way this may happen.
