Kyol Che

Kyol Che means in Korean concentrated Dharma. Dharma is the teaching of the Buddha. Dharma can not be only understand - it should be to achieve. To achieve this, students zen go on intensive sessions of meditation. Retreats can last several days or three months. Photographs were taken during that session in the Head Temple Kwan Um School of Zen in Poland.
