America Today (Dec. 2016)

Traveling between urban Virginia and rural Pennsylvania I capture/make images of Americans today. As a new American myself I am very conscious of the people I see here from all walks of life, all ages. My photos are usually unbeknownst to the person and always spontaneous, done quickly before the subject can react, stiffen and hide. That way I capture the raw truth and tiny drama that is within each. This is a sampling from across the rural to urban spectrum.
