can i borrow a feeling?

My town lost its shine, my friends have moved away, but my lease won’t be up for 6 more months. Finding moments that reflect my own detachment from time or place, these images express a lighthearted sense of surrendering to forces greater than my own capacity. I explore the relationship between longing and apathy in regards to human interaction, both forced and natural, and how life looks in the mean time.
