The Camel Festival

Every December, Arab men from around the Middle East travel to the Western Region of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates for the yearly Al Dhafra Camel Festival, bringing with them their top prized camels to enter them in beauty competitions, races and other events. In between all these events, the camels are paraded up and down "The Million Street", named for all the camel trading deals that take place there, while men dressed in traditional clothes sing and dance around the camels.
