Refugee Life in a warehouse in Belgrade

In the winter of 2016 to 2017, for a few months, migrants, only men, who, according to some information, did not want to register in camps and reception centers, settled in abandoned hangars around the bus station and the railway station. Without basic living conditions, with the help of various non-governmental organizations, they spent the winter there. They received food, clothes and basic hygiene. The police rarely went to the warehouses, several times the security services came. The warehouses were dismantled at the beginning of May 2017.
